Alejandra was my teacher WBS Coding School
I was James' instructor during his bootcamp at WBS CODING SCHOOL. In every project, James demonstrated curiosity, hard work, and outstanding collaborative skills. He has a great ability to reflect and ask insightful questions, all while putting in the work and actively helping others with their tasks.
During this time, I watched James continuously improve his Product Design skills while leveraging his prior background, making him a true multidisciplinary designer. He can understand complex problems, define clear strategies, and conduct deep research while ensuring a high-quality final product with a clean and beautiful User Interface. Because of his past experience, he also brings motion design into his work, mastering micro-interactions and overall art direction.
Throughout the course, James learned quickly, engaged deeply with the material, and brought great ideas on how to collaborate inside teams. He is empathetic, proactive, and a fantastic team player. Any team would be incredibly lucky to have him.

Steven was senior to me but didn’t manage me directly at Applovin & Adjust
James is a creative's creative, and a genuine joy to work with and be around. His talents in the field of animation speak for themselves - he has the wondrous ability to take any piece and inject it with a sense of fun and meaning and take it to the next level. He did exactly this during his recruitment process when his test piece knocked our socks off in the best way possible, and consistently did that for every piece we worked on together since. His deep sense of duty to producing visually top notch stuff together with his ability to take on feedback, battle with it and bounce back with something better was inspiring to witness.
On the team James is one of those that can lift a whole room through his bubbly and open-hearted nature, and his sheer enthusiasm for EVERYTHING was truly infectious - learning, experimenting, new tech, deep convos on life, witty observations and more! I miss working with him and truly hope that we can collaborate together again someday. Needless to say, I highly recommend James :)

I had the pleasure of working with James Morpeth when he was part of the video team I led as Art Director. From day one, he stood out as a quick learner with a strong drive to grow. His motion design skills were top-notch, creative, polished, and always delivered with attention to detail.
